Perhaps think about a Fresh install rather than update. When was last time you did one? Link says that build 17074 had working drivers, at the time of its writing that was an Insiders preview version but as Windows 10 1803 is build 17134 it includes the fix now. Nov 21, 2017 With Windows 10 Creators Update 1703 everything runs perfectly without a single problem with my Creative X-Fi Titanium, the problem started with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709, so the culprit of the problems is the Creative drivers and W10 Fall CU 1709, as something has change in the way it detects audio devices and the drivers. I still have my Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Fatal1ty Titanium in my computer, and I've tried everything, but I can't get any of the creative software to work for my sound card on Windows 10.

All the Creative programs say 'There is no supported audio device available..' or something like that.
This means that I have no way to switch the FlexiJack settings or anything like that, and I really miss the Creative Console Launcher.
I used to be able to limp all this software through on Windows 8.1, but they it won't work at all now with Windows 10. I talked to a Creative agent, and all they would say was that '..the OS is not supported..'
Anybody have any suggestions?

I am currently on Windows 10 1709 x64. I have been intending to update to 1803 for sometimes, but I prefer to do clean install purely out of habit.
In my testing of 1803, I have discovered that my Creative X-Fi Titanium PCI-E SB0880 sound card no longer works properly. Comic collector software.
When playing audio through Winamp, I get a very fine jittering/crackling noise which does not go away. This issue did not occur in 1709. I also find some games give the same problem. Weirdly, YouTube don't seem to produce this noise.
I have tried moving the card about in different slots and removing devices, but nothing makes a difference.
Windows 10 Update
My onboard sound works fine, except that is very poor quality with lack of controls.
I have tried setting the sample rate to every single setting, but nothing helps. I have spent a long time searching and trying solutions and I am becoming more and more frustrated and angry at this.
My Asus ROG STRIX H270F Gaming motherboard has the latest BIOS.
I have also been experimenting with various third-party drivers, such as from PAX and Daniel_K and these don't help either.
I hope somebody can help me.
Edit:
Windows 10 Download
After some more testing, it actually seems to be primarily Winamp causing this problem. The problem does not go away, despite changing many settings as suggested online. Microsoft toolkit 2.5 download free. The issue is that the sound seems to be slowing down frequently and there are lots of jitters and crackles. These same audio files work perfectly with Windows 10 1709.
Sb0880 Windows 10
Also to add that I tested Windows 10 build 17763.1 and the issue is still present.
